OH BABY...

Well, I thought I would announce it to everyone...Brandon and I are expecting our first baby. I went to my first check-up on Tuesday and got to see the wee little baby's hearbeat and he/she even did a little dance for me. Everything looks normal and right on track. My estimated delivery date is December 22, 2007. Just in time for Christmas.

This is a great picture of my insides and the new little Fincher. I am about 10 weeks along and the baby is about 3 inches right now. This month the baby is developing bones, tooth buds, and beginning to have better use of its hands. Brandon and I are so excited and I think our parents are even more excited. We broke the news to them by sending all four grandparents-to-be a hand-made t-shirt that said "I am going to be a grandparent and all I got was this lousy t-shirt." So for all of my friends and family that are believers, please pray that I remain healthy and that this baby is healthy and normal. AND for all of you that were getting frustrated that I hadn't blogged in so long...wasn't it worth the wait. ;-)
