She is getting so BIG. There are times that I want to freeze time and keep her just the way she is right now, but I am also very excited about watching her continue to develop and learn new things. So here is what she is doing right now at 3 months...
She is learning to read! Well, okay so maybe she can't read the words yet...but it won't be long. The really big thing is that she is holding the book on her own. She has discovered that her hands and fingers can do things.
Here she is turning the page!
And she loves to play, especially on her jungle mat. She will lay on her mat for 30 min. or more watching the lights, hitting and kicking the toys, and smiling.
Other things she is doing right now:
- She eats a lot! but still manages to keep her trim figure. ;-)
- She is sleeping through the night (but truth be told she has done that since she was a month old...we really are blessed)
- She is starting to pay attention to the dogs. And I have even caught her smiling at them when they walk up to her.
- And she is a talker...takes after her father in that way...she even talked to MeMaw and Great Grannie on mommy's cell phone the other day.
- She is very expressive...again this is something that she has done for a while but there seems to be more meaning behind her "faces" recently (maybe she takes after me in that way).
- She has the most beautiful dark blue eyes and recently her hair has been falling out...to make way for...who knows what color she will have when it grows back in...we'll just have to wait and see.
- She is wearing 3-6 months clothes...3 month clothes are too short for her already.

I love this entry with your itemized list of her accomplishments. I need to do something like that as well. It is just great! Looks like she is a good reader. Would have been funny if the book was upside down.
