Okay, so it is not enough that my body has to go through all of the usual changes while forming a new life. It's not enough that I have to buy a new wardrobe to accommodate my ever expanding belly. Now of all things, I get a nose bleed...at 2:00AM. Unbelievable. The first nose bleed of my life in fact. And all I can say is yuck. I started to get dizzy so I woke Brandon up to go downstairs and get me some cold water. He rolled over and just looked at me, then rolled back over to go back to sleep! So I try again, and the second time he notices that I have a bloody tissue stuck up one side of my nose...I tell him, "My nose is bleeding, will you please go get me a bottle of water." And he says to me, "Well were you picking at it?" Really? Isn't my husband funny...this is what he says to out of a drowsy sleep. (I hope the baby has his sense of humor). And for the record it was a spontaneous nose bleed...no picking was involved.

David's response when my water broke was for me to go back to sleep!!! Our husbands like their sleep. I hope you got it taken care of. Nosebleeds are a side effect of pregnancy so just know that everything is okay. You are normal. Call your doctor if you get worried.
Husbands can be so fun when they are deep in sleep! Sorry to hear about your nose bleed:( Hopefully it will not happen very often is ever again.
I had read about nosebleeds happening but haven't experienced them firsthand...and at 2 am! That's crazy. Oh the changes that come along with baby...
hee hee. brandon's funny. sorry about the nose bleed.
The wonderful things that happen during your pregnancy will be the memories you hold on to but this funny one may make the memory bank as well. Husbands can sometimes be funny creatures. Especially when we wake them in the middle of the night and they're not thinking clearly! Hope that everything clears up for you and you enjoy this special time. Keep the blogs coming, it's a great way to hear about how you are doing.
